Materials  Our roll label department produce labels using a wide variety of materials, including paper, vinyl, polyester, metallic films etc Printing Processes The processes we employ are Flexography, Letterpress, Rotary Screen-printing, Hot Foil Blocking and Digital Print Consecutive Numbering, Barcodes Consecutive numbering and bar codes are also available on roll labels. These can be printed as a part of the original design, or can be added later by means of a Thermal Print overprinting machine, where variable information requirements make this method preferable. Protective Film Lamination Over laminating labels with a permanent clear protective film is recommended, particularly where the label is likely to be subject to harsh conditions in use. make this method preferable.  Domed Roll Labels Most types of Roll Labels are greatly enhanced by the application of polyurethane domes.
