Artwork Studio We have a fully computerised studio where we can produce original artwork and designs to your requirements. We are also happy to use artwork supplied by the customer, and -where required- can modify this to accommodate the requirements of the particular process to be employed in the making of your labels or nameplates. Customer Supplied Digital Artwork We are able to accept various file formats; we work with both PC & Mac files. If your file format is not listed below, please contact our studio to discuss your requirements. Artwork can be posted on CD, Zip disk, Floppy disk or E-mailed, Freehand 10 , Illustrator 10 , Corel Draw 9 , Photoshop 6 Typical files should be sent as :- EPS, TIF, JPEG, PDF, FH10 ( freehand ) or .ai ( adobe illustrator ). All Fonts used to need to be included, or the file converted to paths. Any scanned images or imported files will need to be provided also. Please contact us if you are unsure It is advisable to send a hard copy via the post so we can visually check that files open correctly with appropriate fonts. The following file format's can be received and viewed, but may not be usable as supplied. If these files need re-creating, this may incur additional charges. We will BMP, GIF, DXF, DWG, PCX, Pagemaker files Artwork for Digital Printing We can use the following file formats for Digital Printing without alteration, any other file format may need to be converted, which may incur extra cost. Tif ( IBM ) , No Compression, min 300 DPI, Colours to be RGB format Artwork Approval prior to production. It is our company policy that ALL artwork (EVEN artwork supplied by you) is sent back to you for approval prior to production of your labels. This is to ensure that the files have the correct fonts etc. Colour Proofs Sometimes we send colour printed artwork for approval, the colours are to show the colour splits of the print rather than an example of the colour. We regret that we are unable to manufacture any order without signed artwork approval .
