MDS Junior Doming Machine The MDS Junior is a cost effective solution, specifically designed for the first time buyer who wants to get into the profitable world of doming with the lowest possible outlay on capital equipment. The MDS Budget is a fully functional, high quality doming machine. As with all our doming machines, in building the MDS Junior we incorporate high quality Gear Pumps, just as our top of the range machines. The MDS Junior is the ideal machine for small volume production of domed labels. In operation it is very similar to using a doming kit, but without the high packaging costs associated with disposable cartridges. With your own Junior machine you will benefit from buying your liquid polyurethane in larger containers, at a fraction of the price it would normally cost you in the form of cartridges. The MDS Junior is available with ratios of either 2/1 or 1/1 allowing you to chose from the many different grades of doming grade polyurethane available. The MDS Junior is available with a choice of a fixed doming head - with foot operated flow control - or with a trigger operated pistol grip doming head, as illustrated. Solid All Metal Build Quality. Do not be misled by the very low cost of this machine. It is a solidly built piece of quality engineering. All working parts (inside and out) are in steel, brass, bronze, aluminium, or other metals. The only plastics used are the storage containers and the handles! You will NOT find hidden inside the MDS Econ 1, the moulded plastic components which are a feature of some other manufacturers doming machines.
